With custom fields, custom reporting, sales management, communications and reminder management LITE Edition provides many of the valuable features of ASP Edition, but without the detailed financial management requirements.
As an application service delivered via the Internet LITE customers enter into a subscription agreement to access their secure database. Upon setup of your Client Account access is made available for an unlimited number of users and pricing is based upon the number of tenancies your are managing.
As with ASP Edition the LITE version requires no hardware, nor software and no IT support in order to provide your business with a professional lease management system. For those companies wanting to move beyond basic spreadsheeting LeaseAssit LITE is the ideal first step, ensuring operation and management are kept simple whilst functionality, reliability and professionalism are significantly enhanced.
Subscription pricing for LITE version starts at only $200 per month for up to 50 locations plus a once off setup and training fee.
Pricing (ASP Edition)
LeaseAssist ASP Edition provides for more detailed financial management of your leasehold real estate portfolio. With fully customizable charge and financial management, lease, franchise and contract management and detailed accounts reporting ASP Edition is the ideal solution for businesses wanting a professional, reliable and detailed information portal to manage their corporate real estate assets.
Like LITE, ASP Edition ia an application service delivered via the Internet and simply requires Customers to enter into a subscription agreement to access their secure database. It also requires no hardware, nor software and no IT support in order to provide your business with a professional lease management system. On a total cost of ownership model there is a guarantee of paying a fixed-price, off balance sheet monthly licence fee.
With an easy-to-use Web2.0 interface, up to 90 customizable fields, live portfolio reporting and fully encrypted data transfer ASP Edition offers the most effective solution for managing your leasehold real estate portfolio, and associated contracts and financial information.
Subscription Pricing for ASP Edition starts from as low as $5 per location per month and includes 20MB of document storage, lifetime support and all updates and upgrades.
Pricing (Enterprise Edition)
For businesses with large portfolios and Government and publicly listed firms LeaseAssist Enterprise Edition is the ideal platform for managing and integrating your corporate real estate management functions with your existing financial, procurement and legal systems.
Delivered as either a hosted service or client installed application, Enterprise Edition provides full customisation, accural and invoice management, integration with 3rd party ERP or financial systems and a dedicated product platform for future functional development.
